Exinda is committed to working with our partners to drive our mutual success. To that end, we have structured the various components* of our global partner program to build momentum in our partners’ sales and marketing activities, while providing the tools, resources and expertise required for quick implementation and overall customer satisfaction.
Sales Leads
Exinda invests heavily in lead generation programs at a global level. All leads are then qualified by our team of Business Development Representatives. Once opportunities are identified, the deals are passed to our partner network. Exinda’s local sales team including the Territory Director and Systems Engineer will support the partner throughout the sale and implementation.
Deal Registration
Deals can be quickly and easily registered online at www.exinda.com. Deal registration must be completed at least 15 days prior to the deal closing and will expire at day 75 unless an extension is granted by the Exinda Channel Manager. Registered and closed deals receive healthy margin uplift.
Market Development Funds (MDF)
Each territory Channel Manager holds MDF budget that is available on a per-request basis. There is no minimum revenue generation required. We are eager to work with you to grow your local market.
Partner Portal Access
The Exinda partner portal is accessible from the Exinda web site. Partners will receive unique login credentials for all staff. The portal serves as a one-stop resource for marketing collateral, technical documentation, deal registration and more.
Low-Touch Maintenance Renewals
Exinda’s Regional Business Development Representatives contact partners quarterly with a list of their customers that have upcoming support renewals. Working with the BDR, partners can decide the most effective way to renew these contracts. The BDR can facilitate the renewal from start to finish or, if preferred, will pass-off the renewal for the partner to manage.
Pre-Release Product Briefings
Exinda will pre-brief our Gold and Platinum partners by webinar prior to all significant product releases. These sessions will include a full overview of new features and functionality followed by a Q&A session.
Regional Marketing Activities
Exinda participates in a number of lead generating regional marketing activities and programs and regularly extends involvement to our partners.
Computer-based Training
Exinda makes sales and technical training accessible and easy with our self-paced e-Learning program. Ramp up your sales team quickly with this one-module program that will equip the team with all of the information needed to identify opportunities, grow and close deals.
A longer and more extensive session, the Exinda e-Learning technical program will equip your technical staff with everything they need to support the sale and implementation of Exinda solutions. Students earn Exinda Certified Network Associate (ECNA) accreditation upon successful completion of the course material.
