Con Nikolouzakis - Chief Executive Officer

Con Nikolouzakis co-founded Exinda networks in 2002 after a successful career in Goldman Sachs JBWere and Verizon Business where he was architect for network security and infrastructure. Con has been optimizing networks on a global scale for over 10 years and is one of the world leading figures in Traffic Reporting and WAN Performance Management. Con has a very strong grasp of the technologies used and the impact at a business level.

Qualifications include a Communications and Computer Engineering Honours degree at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT). Con has gained a number of technical and management accreditations throughout his career.


Chris Siakos - Chief Technology Officer

Before co-founding Exinda Networks, Chris has had over 10 years of experience in the IP communications industry with a strong focus in the field of academic research and idea incubation. He joined the Centre for Advanced Technology in Telecommunications (CATT, RMIT University Australia) working on IP optimization products for carriers including Telstra, Optus & Telekom Malaysia.

Qualifications include a Bachelor of Telecommunications Engineering from RMIT University,Australia.




Jim Christie - VP, Worldwide Sales

Jim Christie was named Vice President, Worldwide Sales for Exinda Networks in January 2007. Jim has over 20 years of experience in enterprise level software sales and management of organizations producing enterprise level hardware and software. As Vice President, Worldwide Sales, Jim is responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, attracting new clients and building the channel of distributors, partners and resellers throughout the world.

Prior to Exinda, Jim worked for Aprisma Management Technologies as Managing Director of Asia Pacific. Jim previously worked for EMC, as Division Manager for their Open Systems division; Sanyo, as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for UNIX Systems and Network Storage and MAI Basic Four, where he held a number of positions including Director of Product Marketing, National Sales Manager for Large Systems and Vice President of Worldwide Marketing.

Jim holds a Ph.D. from Kansas State University, MBA from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southwestern College.


Stan Schreyer - VP, North American Sales

Stan Schreyer is a pioneer in the field of computer product sales.  He brings more than 25 years experience in building and managing sales teams as well as architecting and implementing channel programs.  

Prior to joining Exinda, Stan held positions at Firetide Corporation as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Vice President of North American Sales.  During his tenure at Firetide, he grew revenue 400 percent per year while establishing the company as a market leader.  Previously, he spent 10 years at Marketlink Technologies being promoted from Regional Director to Chief Executive Officer of the company.  While at Marketlink, he launched many successful companies including NetScreen, RIM and Barracuda Networks. 

Stan is a graduate of the University of Utah.


Dave Ryder - VP Sales UK

Dave has over 20 years experience in the networking industry. Having started his career at Case Communications, a UK manufacturer of Data Switching Equipment within the technical support group.

Following a successful career at Case he moved to Tricom Communications, a UK based Network Integrator as part of the original management team and held a number of management roles within sales and marketing. Tricom was later sold to Dimension Data. He has also held the role of National Sales Manager for a division of Cable & Wireless.


Professor Richard Harris - Technical Advisor

(Chief Technical Advisor & Director of Electronics and Communication Design Centre)

Professor Richard Harris (Chief Technical Advisor & Director of Electronics and Communication Design Centre, Massey University) He was formerly Director of the Centre for Advanced Technology in Telecommunications (CATT) at RMIT.

Richard Harris graduated with a B.Sc.(Hons) from the University of Adelaide in 1971 and this was followed by a Ph.D. (in the area of optimal design of telephone networks) under the supervision of Professor R.B. Potts in 1974. Upon completion of his thesis, he joined the Headquarters Traffic Engineering Section of the Australian Post Office. He became deputy head of the Network Analysis Section in the Switched Networks Research Branch in 1987. In April 1989, he took up an appointment with Bond University as an Associate Processor in the School of Information and Computing Sciences and was Deputy Director of the Centre for Telecommunication Network Research. He moved to RMIT in early 1993 as Director of the Centre for Advanced Technology in Telecommunications (CATT) and Professor of Communication Systems. He has recently been appointed Chair of Telecommunications and Network Engineering at Massey University located at Palmerston North, New Zealand. He is currently teaching students in the fields of teletraffic engineering, communication switching, Internet engineering and conducting research in a variety of topics including network design and optimisation, network traffic management and network performance.

He has participated in many consultancy projects and R & D contracts related to Call Centre design; telephone, ATM and IP network design and optimisation. He has been part of several groups involved in building network planning tools including MINDER (Telecom Australia) and network-planning tools for advanced networks such as ATM (Telekom Malaysia - APTNet) and IP network-planning for QoS. In recent years, he has been involved in the analysis of routing methods for ATM and IP networks including methods for optimal routing in OSPF and MPLS networks.
