Global Distribution and Operations

Exinda Appoints Two New Vice Presidents of Sales

February 5, 2007─Boston, MA ─ Exinda Networks, the only provider of Unified Performance Management (UPM) solutions worldwide, today announced continued expansion of its global distribution channel and executive team. Exinda’s recently inked deals with three new distributors including TLK in Germany, RoundRobin Tech Services in India and Ariantec in Malaysia. Australian managed services partner VOIP, Telecom New Zealand’s subsidiary Gen-I and Pan-Asian integrator Agile One have also become new strategic resellers for Exinda.

Exinda’s UPM solutions maximize performance of all Internet Protocol (IP) communications in corporate, government and service provider networks. According to a recent IDC report, the total market for wide area network (WAN) application delivery solutions reached US $670 million in 2006 and will grow to US $920 million by 2011.

Exinda Expands Its Executive Team

Exinda has also appointed two new vice presidents to keep pace with rising demand for its UPM solutions. As Exinda’s new vice president of worldwide sales, Dr. Jim Christie will be responsible for meeting Exinda’s revenue targets as well as executing on the accelerated development of Exinda’s expanding global sales team. Christie will ensure customer and partner satisfaction remains high as the organization manages its quarter by quarter double digit growth. Christie has more than 25 years of experience in the information technology industry. His entrepreneurial spirit has led him to frequent success with growing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.

Paul Laracy, Exinda’s new vice president of sales for the Americas, will be responsible for growing and managing its regional distribution, strategic partners and support programs. Laracy brings more than 25 years of experience in managing all aspects of channel partner relationships and support operations as well as product and service delivery. He has had numerous successes in rapidly growing the distribution channel for WAN optimization and application acceleration providers.
